Puneet Goenka resigns as Director of Zee Media
Puneet Goenka wrote to Zee Media Corporation Ltd. (ZMCL) has resigned as Director. The company gave this information on Wednesday. The company has said that he has resigned from the post due to his busy schedule.
In a communication sent to BSE, ZMCL stated that the company’s non-executive independent director, Puneet Goenka, has resigned from the post of director with effect from July 22, 2020.
Goenka is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zee Entertainment Enterprises. He is the elder son of Essel Group chairman Subhash Chandra.
